RETURN POLICY

Please check size chart as there are NO EXCHANGES allowed.

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

• the product does not match what you ordered (wrong size, color or type).
• the product is damaged upon arrival

If the reason for your return matches any of the above, please submit a return request with a brief explanation along with a photograph to sales@praymorewl.com within 1 week of receiving your order.

If deemed to meet the criteria stated above, we will replace the product that you ordered at no extra cost to you.
